Chairman of MASM

        I, on behalf of Mongolian Agency for Standard and Metrology (MASM), present my compliments to all the representatives from APMP member economies who are participating in the APMP Mid-Year Meeting 2023.

        As a member of Asia Pacific Metrology Programme (APMP), it is a great honor and pleasure for us to host the APMP Mid-Year Meetings in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia on June 12 to 16, 2023.

        One of the highlights during the event is that we are convening not only the mid-year meeting but also BIPM-APMP hybrid workshop on “Sound Beginning in the CIPM MRA” – “APMP procedure and technique for peer review and CMC submission”. Although the workshop will last only 2 hours, I do not doubt that valuable knowledge, inputs and experiences will be shared among all experts and metrologists.

        As a tradition of every APMP Mid-year meeting, we are organizing a symposium on “The roles and involvement of metrology in food safety”. We are also happy that MASM is arranging venues for the workshops, that will be organized by the DEC-MEDEA for the APMP Focus Groups.

        MASM humbly welcomes you to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Aside from the meetings and workshops, I hope that you will have an enjoyable time with your colleagues and friends in Mongolia.
